Whether this is your first suppressor or your tenth, Wraith is designed to assemble quickly and intuitively. Every component is purpose-built to work together, allowing you to configure your suppressor with confidence and get to the range faster.
Factory Baffle Stack™ configurations have been engineered and tested by Wraith for optimized performance. You’re always free to experiment with different baffle arrangements, provided you maintain the correct Core Caliber for the cartridge you’re shooting.
Before assembling your suppressor:
Verify you’ve selected the correct Core Caliber for your firearm.
Apply the included Wraith Suppressor Lubricant to each individual baffle before first use.
Ensure all components are clean and free of debris.
Applying lubricant to the baffles before first use improves assembly, simplifies future maintenance, and helps maintain consistent performance.
Choose the suppressor configuration that best matches your application.

One of Wraith’s Four Core Calibers
Every Wraith Baffle Stack™ and Baffle Stacker is built around one of four Core Calibers: .223, .308, .357, and .458. Each Core Caliber supports a family of compatible cartridges, allowing a single stack to work across multiple firearms.
Factory Configurations Recommended
Every factory Wraith Baffle Stack has been engineered, tested, and optimized for a specific performance outcome. We recommend starting with our proven configurations before experimenting with your own.
Select the Baffle Stacker that matches your chosen Core Caliber.
Insert the caliber-specific Baffle Stacker rod into the base and install each baffle onto the rod in your desired order.
For factory configurations, follow the supplied Baffle Stack Guide.
For best results, align the witness marks on each baffle during assembly. Proper alignment promotes consistent performance and may improve accuracy, although you’re free to experiment with different clocking orientations as desired.
Assemble your base tube and any extensions before installing the Baffle Stack.
Ensure each section is fully seated and properly aligned before continuing.
Slide the assembled suppressor body over the completed Baffle Stack, then remove the Baffle Stacker rod.
The final baffle should extend slightly beyond the end of the suppressor before installing the end cap.
Install the end cap securely. If your suppressor uses locking set screws, loosen them before installing the end cap, then tighten the set screws once the end cap is fully installed.
Install your preferred HUB adapter into the suppressor.
Wraith suppressors utilize the industry-standard HUB mounting interface.
Mount the suppressor according to your mount manufacturer’s instructions.
Before firing, we strongly recommend verifying alignment using a caliber-appropriate alignment rod.
Once your suppressor is fully assembled and properly mounted, you’re ready to shoot.
Before firing, verify:
✓ Correct Core Caliber installed
✓ End cap fully secured
✓ Mount properly installed
✓ Suppressor aligned with the bore
Allow the suppressor to cool completely before handling.
Remove the suppressor from the firearm.
Remove the end cap.
Insert the appropriate Core Caliber Baffle Stacker rod through the suppressor and carefully remove the complete Baffle Stack.
Clean or reconfigure components as desired before reassembly.
If you notice unusual sound, excessive movement, or suspect a baffle strike:
Stop firing immediately.
Clear the firearm.
Allow the suppressor to cool.
Disassemble and inspect each component.
Never continue firing a suppressor that may have been damaged.
If any baffles or components show signs of damage, contact Wraith Support. Most components—including individual baffles, end caps, and extensions—can be replaced without replacing the entire suppressor.
Never operate your suppressor with missing baffles or an incomplete Baffle Stack. All components must be properly installed before firing.
